1. Custom Items
• Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes all items that have been specifically tailored, personalized, or custom-designed for you.
2. Mocked-Up and Approved Items
• Items that have been mocked up and approved by the customer are also non-returnable and non-refundable. Once you have given your approval on a mock-up, the sale is considered final.
3. General Returns
• For all other non-custom items, we accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
4. Return Process
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@authenticallydesigned4u@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
• Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
5. Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
6. Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@authenticallydesigned4u.com

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
